RenewalSSL shall provide its products and services to the Customer subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between RenewalSSL and the Customer, designed to safeguard the integrity, operations, and liability of both parties. RenewalSSL enforces these terms to guarantee the speed, performance, security, and reliability of all products and services provided directly or resold/rebranded to the Customer. RenewalSSL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All products and services are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. RenewalSSL assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any Customer communications or personalized settings.
Prohibited & Unlawful Use As an express condition of service usage, the Customer covenants not to utilize any RenewalSSL product or service for any purpose that is unlawful, unethical, or prohibited by these terms. The Customer shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any product, service, associated account, computer system, or network managed by RenewalSSL through hacking, password mining, or any other intrusive means.
The Customer shall not extract or attempt to extract any materials or information through mechanisms not intentionally made public or provided by RenewalSSL.
RenewalSSL reserves the right at all times to disclose any relevant information as necessary to satisfy applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests at its sole discretion.
Third-Party Interactions Any engagements with third parties (including advertisers, partners, or service providers) conducted through the RenewalSSL website or platform—including the delivery of goods, payment processing, warranties, or representations—are solely between the Customer and said third party. RenewalSSL disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any such dealings or promotional engagements.
Purchases for Resale Where the Customer purchases Services not for internal use, Affiliates, or direct personnel, but for resale purposes, such transactions shall be governed by the terms of RenewalSSL’s Master Partner Agreement (as updated periodically), the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Termination & Suspension RenewalSSL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Customer’s credentials, account, or access to any product or service upon a breach of these terms or for any reason deemed legitimate by RenewalSSL. Partners may terminate this agreement at any time by providing a 60-day written notice. Upon formal termination, the Partner or Customer remains free to procure SSL certificates from alternative providers.
